On October 24, 2025, at Cuu Long University, the Department of Science and Technology (KH&CN) of Vinh Long province coordinated with the Standing Committee of Vinh Long Provincial Youth Union to organize the Signing Ceremony of the Plan for coordination in propaganda to promote the development of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation by 2025.
