On that basis, Vinh Long province has proactively issued specific programs and plans to concretize the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, in which Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐ dated September 26, 2025 of Steering Committee 57 on implementing the "Digital Literacy for All" Movement is a practical activity, aiming to improve people's digital capacity, promote a digital learning society, contribute to building digital citizens, digital government and digital economy in the province.
